Ocean Sciences Meeting 2014

The OAO team participates to the upcoming Ocean Sciences Meeting (Honolulu/Hawaii/US; 23-28 February 2014) and is directly implicated in the proposition of two topical sessions:

 

  • «Towards a Global Ocean Biogeochemical Observing System Based on Profiling Floats and Gliders», chairs: Herve Claustre (Laboratoire d’Océanographie de Villefranche) and Kenneth S. Johnson (Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute).
  • «Real-Time Data, Technology, and Engineering for Ocean Science Education and Outreach», chairs: Melvin Goodwin (NOAA), Janice McDonnell (Rutgers University), Carolyn Scheurle (Laboratoire d’Océanographie de Villefranche)

Moreover, the team proposes its participation to several other scientific and outreach sessions.
